Order delivery times are specified by the shipping method you select during checkout. All Shipping rates & deliver time vary on Location.
We offer three different domestic shipping options:
Domestic Estimated Shipping
Standard - USPS First Class Package- includes tracking only (3-5 days)
Fast- USPS Priority Mail- Includes tracking & Insurance ( 2-4 Days)
Fastest - USPS Priory mail Express (1-3 days)
Shipping Custom Products
Most custom products are generally made to order, so please allow up to 3 business days off any purchase before shipment unless otherwise stated in the listing.
Shipping Non Custom Products
Non Custom product will be shipped within 2 days of the order date and shipping depends on your carrier or delivery options chosen during checkout.
What happens if tracking shows "Return to sender"?
Most commonly it's a post office error. If this is the case, your package is now en-route back to us and it may take up to twice the length of the original shipping time. Once the package has been received and processed by our Craft guide will contact you to confirm your address and discuss our next steps.
We are not responsible if a package is lost or mis-delivered because incorrect/incomplete or old address information is provided on the order form. If the order was returned due to incorrect or incomplete information, or because you've moved, please be advised that you will be responsible for any applicable reshipping costs. In the event that you request a refund for the returned package, please be aware that your refund will not include the original shipping fees or any incurred from it being returned.
Shipping Insurance:
All packages shipped standard with First Class Mail do not include insurance.
We are not responsible for lost, damaged and lost returned packages
you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Priority Mail Express includes coverage up to $100.
this insurance covers a lost, damaged or missing shipment.

Cleared Payment
- If you’re using a payment method where the money isn’t available to us immediately, such as a bank transfer, we will wait until the payment is processed before we send your item.
- Please be patient around holiday times it can take longer
