You are able to request to rush an item before making the purchase, and we will confirm if that is a possibility.
Most Custom products are generally made to order, so please allow up to 7 business days of any purchase before shipment unless otherwise stated in the listing.
Non custom Products
Non Custom product will be shipped within 2 days of the order date.
You have 10 days from the date of shipment to return or make any claims of lost, stolen or damaged particles. You are responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping cost are Non-Refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Non Custom Returns
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
If jewelry is defective upon arrival, you can send it back for a repair, granting we have the materials for the specific piece. If we aren’t able to repair it we will replace it with a piece of the same value.
To receive a refund the product must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt. No refunds or exchanges on customized Jewelry unless products are damaged or defective upon arrival.
You will receive a refund for all other products using the same original method of payment you used to make the purchase. You are also eligible for a store credit.
During checkout before finalizing your order, You will have a variety of shipping options that will include a delivery confirmation number which is already adjusted into the initial shipping cost. Options will include priority mail with tracking numbers, expedited delivery with priority express.
In the event that you package hasn’t arrived within a reasonable amount of time. Try checking in with your local post office in case they are holding the package.
Adorned By You encourages you to purchase insurance with every order. You have the option to purchase insurance upon checkout. If you have proof of delivery and no insurance then you will unfortunately be responsible for the full value of the product if you want to make another purchase.
