Discounts & Promotions 

We offer Coupons, discounts, specials, promotions, and sales which are subject to change at any time.

Coupons

Coupons can only be applied to an order during the time that the coupon is valid.

Coupons must be entered by the customer at the time of checkout and we allow the use of one coupon per order.

We are unable to apply or adjust coupons or promotional sales after an order is submitted. 

If you are having trouble using a discount code, please contact customer service before placing the order. 

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates purchased with a discount cannot be combined with other coupons, discounts, specials, promotions, or sales.

  • Delivered by email within minutes
  • Use online online -Online Gift Cards can be ordered in any amount over $10
  • They are sent via email to any individual with a valid email address 
  • The recipient of an Online Gift Card will receive an email with a Gift Card Code redeemable only www.adornebyyou.com
  • The code is activated within a few hours after receiving the email.
  • Gift cards may not be returned, applied as payment on any account or redeemed for cash.

Exchanges

To exchange all product must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

No refunds or exchanges on customized Jewelry unless products are damaged or defective upon arrival.

Refunds 

You will receive a refund for all eligible products using the same original method of payment you used to make the purchase.

You are also eligible for a store credit. 

Returns 

Applies to all products: 

  • Returns will not be accepted without proper notice, Please contact us first so we can properly assist you.
  • You have 10 days from the date of shipment to return or make any claims of lost, stolen or damaged items.
  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item.
  • Shipping cost are Non-Refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
  • We are not responsible for lost return packages

Applies only to Tees, Tote Bags & banners Returns:

Items will only be eligible for a replacement if they fall into one of the following categories: 

  • defective shirt,
  • poor-quality print
  • incorrect item
  • damaged in transit.

Applies only to Jewelry Returns:

If jewelry is defective upon arrival, you can send it back for a repair, granting we have the materials for the specific piece. If we aren’t able to repair it we will replace it with a piece of the same value. 

How to make a return

  1. Notify us of your return or exchange using the "Contact Us" web page. Please indicate your order number and the reason for the return with included photos of the item as well as your preference for a replacement or exchange.

  2. Package your return in a box with your contact information and copy of the invoice or order confirmation e-mail.

  3. Send the package by USPS with tracking, signature confirmation, and insurance. Contact Us for our Return Shipping information.

Insurance: 

All packages shipped standard with First Class Mail do not include insurance.

Priority Mail includes up to $100 coverage
this insurance covers a lost, damaged or missing shipment.

To qualify for shipping insurance you need to choose the Priority Mail option during checkout.
